Pastor Mike
Pastor Mike is a follower of Jesus Christ, a loving husband of 22 years and father of a son and daughter. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith, obtaining an AA in General Studies. He later graduated from Arkansas State University at Mountain Home with an Associate of Science in Funeral Service. In 2014, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Liberty University.
Pastor Mike is licensed in the states of AR, TN & MS as a Funeral Director & Embalmer. He is currently Location Manager for a Funeral home in Memphis, TN. He is also a Community College advisory board member/Mortuary Program Adjunct Professor. He has trained and mentored many young funeral professionals in his over 27 years in funeral service. In 2024, he authored a series of books for Mortuary Science programs and funeral professionals. He is a teacher at heart in many ways.
Pastor Mike has known for many years he carried a call to preach; he accepted the call to ministry in 2017. He and his wife founded In His Grace Ministries in September of 2017 as an outreach ministry and God grew it to include bible studies in their home and eventually to public meetings in 2019. In 2023, they launched the media arm of IHG where they stream teachings and in-depth conversations geared towards spiritual growth. Pastor Mike mentors spiritually, whether in the marketplace, corporate sector or pastorally. He enjoys sharing the word and the love of God with others everywhere he goes.
Pastor Char
Pastor Char is first a believer in Jesus Christ, a wife of 22 years to Pastor Mike, and the mother of two children, who are now young adults. In addition to homeschooling both children from k-12, she returned to school and studied the fields of Psychology/Counseling to work in private practice. She is a three-time graduate of Liberty University. Obtaining an Associate of Science in Psychology in 2012, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2014 and a 2016 Master of Arts in Human Service Counseling and Minoring in Life Coaching. She has been awarded numerous certificates of completion in the areas of spiritual and relationship counseling from the Association of Christian Counselors in accordance with Light University. She has been a spiritual, family and relationship coach for many years.
She has also completed numerous hours of collegiate/graduate level biblical studies. She is a consummate defender of the faith. She accepted her call to ministry to preach the Gospel in 2014. In 2015 she authored two books centered around the need for spiritual growth entitled #GROW. Those two books are currently under reprinting with more to come that will be available at the IHG Online Bookstore.
Outside of ministry work with IHG, she launched a consultation firm [Char Consults], helping others launch businesses and ministries. She also runs a spiritual counseling ministry [Char Coaches] for individuals & families. In 2023, she launched a food business [CharEats] where she features some amazing cuisine and cooking lessons.
Charlotte is a woman of prayer, intercession, a bold prophetic voice and "mother/mentor" to people of all ages. She considers it a great privilege to serve God and His people.
